Paul's based in Australia's World Heritage listed Blue Mountains, 90 kms west of Sydney.

A regional chamber of commerce Past President and former tourism marketing manager, he's accredited to the business sustainability program Blue Mountains Business Advantage. His business communication services are based in high quality and high value.

A member of the Australian Photographic Society and Blackheath Art Society, Paul is accredited as a photographer and writer to two Australian federal government agencies. His broadcasting awards include Best Commercial Radio Documentary of the Year (as co-writer and producer) and a CBAA Highly Commended award (2004). He is a qualified mediator (Law Society of NSW), commercial facilitator and journalist and has written award winning business submissions.

exhibitions & acquisitions
Photography by Paul Cosgrave has been acquired for the Permanent Collection of The National Library of Australia and included in NLA publications. Selected Icelandic landscape and portrait images from his 'Road Into The Rainbow' exhibition are shown on this site, including the image below of Jokulsarlon lagoon in southern Iceland.

His photographs have been widely acquired for private and commercial decor. Prints from Paul's online exhibition of American landscapes from Colorado, Utah and Monument Valley are available (contact for details). He has also exhibited for National Trust Australia and Blue Mountains Photographers. His radio program Hrafnsongvar has been acquired by the Australian Music Centre's Permanent Archive, the MBS Fine Music Network and NSW High Schools. His 2008 audio essay Change Has Come To America, linking audio from Barack Obama, Martin Luther King and Mickey Newbury, has received critical acclaim in the United States.
